Web Hosting Terms

Please be aware that by subscribing or utilizing hosting services, you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions set forth here.

Terms of Service

All services offered are provided WITHOUT WARRANTY, AS-IS and WITH NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS. Dixie Vogel, dvogel.com, GoddessHost.com or any and related entity REJECTS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND MAY NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY POSSIBLE DAMAGES PROVOKING USE OR MISUSE OF ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT OR SERVICES PROVIDED, INCLUDING DIRECT OR INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICES.

You are completely in charge of monitoring all aspects of the content you put on our web servers and protecting your own data. You are in charge of maintaining a current backup of your own data.

Allowed Content - GoddessHost.com does not monitor site content. However, server content MUST comply with the parameters stated in this TOS. Content must be legal, and hate speech or sites promoting illegal activity may be suspended or terminated. Adult sites are not allowed. Services may not be used for trying to illegally access another machine or network.

Spam - GoddessHost.com maintains a 0-Tolerence Policy for Spam. ANY SPAM or Unsolicited commercial email associated with your hosting account in any way is grounds for immediate termination. Accounts terminated for SPAM or related offences are NOT eligible for refund.

CPU Usage - We may suspend accounts in cases of programs, scripts, cron jobs or any server usage that disturb the overall functioning of the server. In this case, the account owner will be notified and provided with options if available. Accounts suspended or terminated for excessive CPU usage are NOT eligible for refund.

Suspension - GoddessHost.com reserves the right to refuse services to anyone, and/or suspend accounts for nonpayment or violation of these terms of service at its sole discretion. Accounts suspended or terminated for Service Terms Violations are NOT eligible for refunds.

Refunds - Customers may request a refund within 30 days of beginning service. In the case free trials are offered, up to a two-week period of this free trial counts in the 30-day total time limit.

99.9% Network Uptime Guarantee

LiquidNet Ltd. (Data Center for GoddessHost.com) guarantees that your website will be up and running at least 99.9% of the time during any 12-month period. This guarantee includes network uptime, server uptime, web server and service uptime. However, we cannot be held responsible for upstream problems outside of our network and areas where LiquidNet Ltd. has no direct influence, such as backbone provider failures, fibre-optic main line cuts, DNS or Registrar problems with subscribers’ domain names, routing problems between clients´ location and our data center. The uptime guarantee is also not applicable if the service interruption was caused by any natural or unnatural events that LiquidNet Ltd. cannot directly influence. LiquidNet Ltd. may temporarily deny or terminate service upon clients´ failure to pay their charges when due.

LiquidNet Ltd. will guarantee 99.9% ResellersPanel network uptime and 99.9% network stability uptime. This, however, does not refer to problems stemming from:

  1. Server Hardware Breakdown

  2. User error(s) or purposeful interruption(s) (e.g. if the client shuts his/her own server down, LiquidNet Ltd. is not responsible for the downtime)

  3. Failures due to software that is not explicitly supported by LiquidNet Ltd. Consequently, if a hardware crash provoked by the customer happens, LiquidNet Ltd. has no responsibility for the resulting downtime.

Network Outages or Unexpected Downtime is any unplanned or unexpected interruption in the network availability due to a hardware, software, network connectivity or data center problem, during which a 100% packet loss is experienced.

  1. Unexpected Downtime Compensation - LiquidNet Ltd. will compensate the owner of an account that has experienced downtime for more than 8 hours during the entire calendar year. The compensation will be one month of hosting services for free.

Scheduled Downtime is any scheduled interruption of services for the purpose of network upgrades, or replacement of any equipment in order to provide a better service for you. Scheduled downtime occurs during notified downtime periods, with as many warnings sent in advance as possible via e-mail or posted on our news section at a minimum 24-hour notice.
